They can also be used as counselors or artists and their primary duties of growing crops. This is because they are free from bias and have a free spirit.
Candor
Candor was founded on the belief that dishonesty is the root cause of all problems. Candor is a way of speaking the truth no matter what it might be.
They are the social elite. They are the most likely to be businessmen or lawyers.
Dauntless
The Dauntless believe cowardice is what causes society’s demise. They believe in standing up for your rights and confronting your fears.
Private security and the police force are made up of adamant members.

Abnegation
The selfless are those who hate the law of abnegation. This is the group Tris Prior was born into. Because it is considered vain to look at oneself, they don’t have mirrors.
They believe that anyone who benefits themselves should be avoided. Abnegation refers to the human service and community branch of society.
